Wallet and auto-renewal
Your account wallet holds your trial fee back, the funds you top up (Bitcoin or USDT) and your referral rewards. It pays invoices first and renews your plan automatically.
Open Account > Wallet. The wallet is credit for paying this platform (plans and renewals). It is not a trading balance and has nothing to do with your exchange funds.
What goes in
- Trial fee back - when your $19 trial invoice settles, $19 is added here for your first plan. See The 3-day trial.
- Top-ups - add $10 to $5,000 with Bitcoin or USDT (TRON / Ethereum) through BTCPay. The balance updates when the payment settles.
- Referral rewards - when someone you invited pays, your share lands here. See Referral programme.
- Adjustments by support, always with a reason.
What comes out
- Invoices - at checkout the wallet is applied first and you pay only the rest. If it covers everything, the plan activates at once without a crypto payment. (The trial invoice is the only one that never uses wallet credit.)
- Auto-renewal - in the last 24 hours of a paid plan, the wallet pays the same plan and period again at the list price, and the plan simply continues. You get an email receipt.
Auto-renewal
- It is on by default and works only from the wallet - nothing is ever charged anywhere else.
- If the balance is too low, we email you 3 days and 1 day before the plan ends. Top up in time and it renews by itself.
- Turn it off or on with one button on the Wallet page.
- The trial never renews; it simply ends.
Example
You are on Pro monthly ($249) and your wallet holds $200. Three days before the end we email you that $49 is missing. You top up $50. On the last day the wallet pays $249, the plan runs another 30 days, and $1 stays in the wallet.
History
Every movement is listed with its reason: trial fee back, wallet top-up, referral reward, applied to invoice, auto-renewal or an adjustment by support. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred; they are for use on this account.
